In the semiconductor business, we manufacture and sell consumables used in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, primarily through Techno Quartz, a wholly owned subsidiary of GLTECHNO HOLDINGS, INC.
Used particularly in the "front-end" process of semiconductor manufacturing
Techno Quartz's products are widely used in the so-called "front-end" processes in the semiconductor manufacturing process, such as etching and CVD. For example, some products are used as a jig inside the reaction chamber of semiconductor manufacturing equipment when processing silicon wafers.
Quartz & Silicon
Techno Quartz can process both quartz and silicon, which is one of the strong points. Furthermore, with the recent improvements in the performance of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, there is a growing demand for high levels of processing precision and cleanliness. We have continued to meet these needs by sometimes working together with semiconductor manufacturing equipment manufacturers to consider various options.
Mechanical processing + fire processing
Techno Quartz has introduced and owns many pieces of machining equipment to meet the increasing demand in recent years. In addition to machine processing, our skilled craftsmen also carry out fire processing. By securing many such skilled craftsmen, we have created a system that can respond to a variety of processing needs.
