To achieve sustainable growth, it is essential that it not only pursues short-term profits, but also has a management strategy that incorporates environmental, social, and governance (ESG) perspectives. The GLTECHNO Group identifies material issues that are deeply related to its business actions and integrates these into management to balance the realization of a sustainable society and the enhancement of corporate value.

We define five material issues. These are not simply a way of contributing to society; they form the foundation of our growth strategy.
