Human Rights Policy
Basic Philosophy
The GLTECHNO Group regards respect for human rights as one of the foundations of its business continuity, and will support international norms regarding human rights and work to respect human rights.
In accordance with our human rights policy, we will fulfill our responsibility to respect the human rights of all people involved in our business.
Basic Policy
1. Respect for human rights
We respect the human rights of all people and will not engage in any acts that unfairly discriminate or infringe on the dignity of individuals, regardless of the reason.
We also comply with international standards regarding human rights and the laws and regulations of each country and region, and strive to prevent human rights violations.
In the unlikely event that a human rights violation occurs, we will respond fairly and appropriately.
We recognize the impact that our business activities have on human rights, and will not provide products to, partner with, or purchase products or services from companies or organizations that violate or facilitate human rights violations.
2. Prohibition of discrimination
We do not discriminate on the basis of gender, age, nationality, race, ethnicity, social status, origin, ideology, beliefs, religion, physical characteristics, sexual orientation, gender identity, disease, or disability.
3. Respect for fundamental rights at work
In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of each country and region, we respect the right to form or join a labor union, as well as the right to conduct collective bargaining and participate in peaceful assembly.
In addition, we will ensure sound employment and labor practices, and employee treatment, including wages, working hours, and holidays, will comply with the relevant laws and regulations of each country and region.
4. Prohibition of harassment
We will not engage in discriminatory, threatening or offensive language or behavior towards others, whether mentally or physically.
5. Protection of personal information and privacy
We respect the privacy of individuals and collect only as much personal information as is necessary and appropriate.
