Diversity

The GLTECHNO Group believes that ensuring diversity and developing human resources are important to support sustainable growth. We will continue to promote diverse work styles so that each employee can demonstrate his or her individuality and abilities. We will also continue our efforts to create a workplace where employees can work with peace of mind over the long term.

Work-life management practice

The GLTECHNO Group will continue to improve the work environment to achieve work-life balance for all employees.

In addition to establishing support measures for balancing work with childcare or elderly care, we are promoting the practice of work-life management for each individual by implementing measures such as no-overtime days, planned paid leave, and support for balancing work and family life. We believe that each employee can lead a rich life, shine vibrantly, and demonstrate individuality by fulfilling our job responsibilities and feeling a sense of fulfillment in our work, while also valuing our personal time for things like child-rearing or elderly care, self-improvement, and social contribution activities.

Obtained "Kurumin" certification based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children

GL Sciences Inc. has received the Kurumin Certification for the third time as a child-rearing support company on November 13, 2023.

[What is Kurumin Certification?]

Kurumin is a system in which the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare certifies companies that meet certain requirements, such as formulating an action plan based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children and achieving the goals, as "child-rearing support companies." To be certified as Kurumin, there are 10 criteria to be met. For example, a rate of women taking childcare leave is 75% or higher, employees can choose how they work if they have preschool children, and a rate of men taking childcare leave is high. This standard was revised in 2022, and the design of the Kurumin mark was also changed.
